Earl Barnes

Sergeant Barnes was hired in February 1990 as a Patrol Officer.

Sergeant Barnes was assigned to Community Policing as a DARE Officer in 1998. He returned to an assignment in the Patrol Division in 1999.

In 2003 he was assigned to the Detective Bureau. When he was promoted to Corporal he returned to the Patrol Division.

Sergeant Barned was promoted to Sergeant in November 2006 and is assigned to the Patrol Division.
