Mark Niemynski
Lieutenant

Mark NiemynskiLieutenant Niemynski was hired as a Patrol Officer in 1993 and was assigned to the Patrol Division. During this time, Mark served as a physical conditioning instructor at theMorris County Firefighters and Police Academy.

In 1997, Lieutenant Niemynski was assigned to the DARE Unit until he was promoted to Sergeant in 1998. As a Sergeant, Mark was involved with patrol and the Community Policing Unit.

While in the CPU, he coordinated community based programs and enjoyed Bike Patrol. Lieutenant Niemynski is also an instructor for the West Point Command and Leadership Program.

In 2005 Mark was promoted to Lieutenant. Mark received a BA in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University, later he obtained his Masters Degree from Centenary College in Leadership and Public Administration. In his spare time, Mark enjoys fly-fishing, mountain biking and bow hunting.
