CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
A resident of
Hackettstown, NJ reported that their house and vehicles were was damaged as a result of being “egged”.  Patrol Officer Brobst responded and initiated an investigation.  .  Patrol Officer Brobst determined the rear of the house, a truck and a car had been hit by eggs.  The investigation is continuing.

PATROL ARREST (DWI)
Patrol Officer Hade arrested a 50 year old male resident of Asbury, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) on Route 46.  The vehicle was impounded in accordance with “Johns Law” and the defendant was transported to police Headquarters for a breathalyzer test and processing

The driver was additionally charged with reckless driving, and tailgating.  The subject was released to a responsible party.

DRUG ARREST
Patrol Officer Allen assisted by Detective Sergeant Pellegrino, arrested a male resident, age 20, of Avalon, NJ for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of Paraphernalia, on East Mill Road, after the vehicle the individual was riding in was stopped for speeding.  The driver of the vehicle was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

The individual was transported to police Headquarters, processed and released in his own recognizance pending an appearance in court.

Patrol Officer Falleni arrested a 22 year old male resident of
Hackettstown, NJ on a contempt of court warrant issued by Washington Township Municipal Court.  Bail on the warrant was set at $79.  The individual was transported to Headquarters, processed and released on bail pending adjudication.

Patrol Officer Falleni arrested a 20 year old male resident of
Hackettstown, NJ on a contempt of court warrant issued by Washington Township Municipal Court.  Bail on the warrant was set at $79.  The individual was transported to Headquarters, processed and released on bail pending adjudication.

Patrol Officer Bigham arrested a 22 year old male resident of
Landisville, NJ on a contempt of court warrant issued by Parsippany Township Municipal Court.  Bail on the warrant was set at $208.  The individual was transported to Headquarters, processed and released on bail pending adjudication.

Patrol Officer Madden arrested a 43 year old male resident of
Bethel, PA on a contempt of court warrant issued by the North Hunterdon Municipal Court.  Bail on the warrant was set at $103.  The individual was transported to Headquarters, processed and released on bail pending adjudication.

PATROL ARREST (Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe)
Patrol Officer Brobst, assisted by Patrol Officer Micco arrested a 24 year old male resident of
Long Valley, NJ for possession of a hypodermic syringe, on Schooley’s Mountain Road.  Bail on the warrant was set at $500.  The individual was transported to Headquarters, processed and released in his own recognizance (ROR), pending adjudication..

PATROL ARREST (DWI)
Patrol Officer Leonardi, assisted by Corporal Barnes, arrested a 34 year old male resident of
Long Valley for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) on Bartley Road.  The vehicle was impounded in accordance with “Johns Law” and the defendant was transported to police Headquarters for a breathalyzer test and processing

The driver was additionally charged with failure to signal and failing to maintaim lamps as required.  The subject was released to a responsible party.
