ARREST
Patrol Officer Bigham arrested a 19 year old female resident of
Mount Olive, NJ, on a contempt of court warrant, after stopping the
individual for a motor vehicle violation on Route 46. The
individual was transported to police Headquarters for processing and
turned over to the Netcong Boro Police Department after she was
unable to post the $500.00 bail

Patrol Officer Bigham arrested a 21 year old male resident of
Lincoln Park, Michigan, on contempt of court warrants, after
stopping the individual for a motor vehicle violation on Route 46.
The individual was transported to police Headquarters for processing
and turned over to the Clinton Township Police Department after he
was unable to post the $800.00 bail.

PATROL ARREST (DWI)
Patrol Officer Madden arrested a 48 year old male resident of
Califon, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) on West Valley Brook
Road. The vehicle was impounded in accordance with “Johns Law” and
the defendant was transported to police Headquarters for a
breathalyzer test and processing
The driver refused to submit to a breath test at Headquarters and
was charged with refusal to take a breath test in addition to
driving while intoxicated. The driver was additionally charged with
failure to maintain lane, and failure to use signal lamps. The
subject was released to a responsible party.

PATROL ARREST (Warrant)
Patrol Officer Bigham arrested a 21 year old male resident of
Lincoln Park, NJ on a contempt of court warrant issued by North
Hunterdon Municipal Court. Bail on the warrant was set at $550.
The individual was transported to Headquarters, processed and turned
over to the Clinton Township Police Department for further action.

STRUCTURE FIRE
A
resident of Sky Top Road reported their house was on fire. Patrol
Officer Rady responded to initiate an investigation. The Fairmont
Fire Company, The Long Valley Fire Company and the Schooley’s
Mountain Fire Protection Association responded to the scene.
Patrol Officer Rady determined the fire was extinguished prior to
the arrival of responding units. The responding fire units
initiated an investigation and determined the fire was completely
extinguished. Investigation determined the fire to be accidental in
nature. |
